Phase 1 - Conceptual Plans

This phase involves gathering site information, analyzing conditions, and understanding client needs to generate design ideas. We brainstorm multiple concepts, considering spatial arrangements, circulation, planting, and thematic elements. Visualization tools like hand sketches and digital renderings help communicate and refine these ideas, while collaboration with clients and architects ensures alignment with project goals. This phase sets the foundation for subsequent design stages, providing a clear direction for the project's overarching vision before detailed design work commences.

Phase 2 - Design Development

During the design development phase, we refine and expand upon the conceptual phase, integrating feedback from client and further analyzing site conditions. This phase involves the detailed exploration of materials, plant selections, and construction techniques to ensure feasibility and sustainability. Through collaborative efforts with engineers, architects, and other professionals, we develop comprehensive site plan in Autocad. Additionally, we may conduct further research into local regulations and environmental considerations, refining the design to meet both aesthetic and functional objectives while fostering ecological balance and resilience. This phase culminates in the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates that serve as a blueprint for the implementation of the landscape design.

Phase 3 - Construction Documents

During the construction document phase, we meticulously translate the approved design into detailed technical drawings and specifications. These documents encompass a comprehensive set of plans, including site grading, drainage, planting layouts, hardscape features, irrigation systems, and material selections. Precision and clarity are paramount, as these documents serve as the guiding framework for contractors during the execution of the project. Phase 4 - Construction Administration

Throughout the construction administration phase, we will diligently oversee the implementation of the design vision, ensuring that plans are executed accurately and to the highest standards.
